Taman Ayun
Temple is a royal temple of former Mengwi Kingdom which is located in Mengwi
village, Tabanan regency. If you go by car, it will take about 18 kilometres
to get there. Roads to get there are always busy and much pollution; however,
once you get to the site you will get mesmerised, first by a building that
looks like floating on the water. Once you cross the bridge and enter the
temple, you will be welcome by a huge beautiful garden in the front
courtyard. Going further inside, visitors will see a beautiful temple complex
which strongly has nuance of Hindus empire. Besides enjoying the temple, visitors
can also capture a nice view of the river. Local people like fishing to this
river and some of them even take a bath at the river.

TANAH
LOT
|
Nestled
in the middle of the sea on top of giant sea rock, Tanah Lot Temple stands
grandiosely teasing local and foreign visitors to come and see its greatness.
This beautiful rocky temple is located in Tabanan regency, about 20
kilometres from Denpasar. The temple was founded by Dang Hyang Nirartha
around 15th century and has become one of most important temples
in Bali. Lots of visitors visit this place every day and they prefer to
arrive there around 5 pm to be able to enjoy the sunset in the same time. Frankly
speaking, it is a really nice place to enjoy the sun set while visiting the
temple. Besides the temple, there is another enchanting view of this site is
a peculiar poisonous snake living under the temple, around the rock. It is
believed that the snake is protecting the temple from evil spirit and
intruders. A visit to this particular site is a must when you are in Bali.
