To get to this place, it takes only a few minutes from Candi Kuning. Lake
Beratan has an amazing green hill in the background that makes the site more

Do not miss a
visit to this place if you set northern Bali tours. Located in Gitgit
Village, Sukasada subdistrict, Buleleng regency Gitgit Waterfall has been the
most favourite site for those who like photography because it has a stunning
view of lush tropical garden. The waterfall itself has 35 metres height (from
the surface of the water where it falls) and become the highest waterfall in
Bali. The patch to get to the waterfall is quite challenging because you have
to pass lots of turning, ups and downs. However, it will soon turn to
excitement due to the green scenery in your surroundings. The facilities for
visitors are quite sufficient as they provide good parking lot and changing
rooms. If you would like to take a bath, it is very welcome and the water is

PUPUAN
|
Another place
of interest in Bali is Pupuan. It is located in the western part of Bali,
around 2,5 hours drive by car. Pupuan is famous for its eye-catching rice
paddy field. This rice terrace is quite similar to the one in Jatiluwih as it
has very beautiful green scenery in the surrounding. Farmers in this village
are still holding on traditional ways of cultivating their lands. Relying on a
help from buffalos, the farmers can do better jobs in cultivating their land
rather than using machine. Rice can grow better here compared to other places
in Bali as it has a very good climate and the farmers have a good method in
growing the rice.
